- Samsung capacitor problems?
If you have a Samsung LCD manufactured between 2006 and 2009 and it is taking a long time to turn on and clicking or getting the startup chime multiple times while trying to turn on, then you most likely have a bad capacitor on your power supply. This repair is fully covered by Samsung and won’t cost you a penny. Just call or email your details and we will fix it fast AND free!
- How much does it cost to fix my TV?
This is a difficult question but we have tried to give a rough guide in our TV REPAIR PRICING SECTION, normally if you email or phone us with the make, model & fault we are normally able to give you an estimated cost for your TV Repair. Once your TV is in our workshop & our trained professionals have diagnosed your TV problem we will then contact you with an exact price for fixing your TV.
- My LCD/Plasma screen is broken. Can it be repaired?
Our Number 1 TV Repair Question, in general Plasma TV Screens and LCD/LED screens are too expensive to replace. Having said that we do carry stock of used screens for many models which can save you the expense of buying a new TV.
- Do you repair any make/type of TV

- I have a fault on my Plasma/LCD TV, now what?
Normally if you email or phone us with the make, model & fault we are normally able to give you an estimated cost for your Plasma/ LCD /LED TV Repair. Once your TV is in our workshop & our trained professionals have diagnosed your TV problem we will then contact you with an exact price for fixing your TV.
- Do you charge for estimates?
Yes, We charge a nominal inspection fee of ₹500 when your TV comes into our TV Repair workshop. The inspection fee is then taken off the final TV Repair Bill.
- How long will the repair take?
This all depends on your TV fault, some TV Repairs can be fixed within 48 hours where as others may take 5 to 10 working days if we have to await parts. We can give you an estimate of timescale within 48 hours of your TV arriving at our TV Repair depot.
- Can you repair my equipment at home?
Some software upgrades and tuning issues can be repaired in home but modern TV’s need specialized equipment and jigs to enable a quick diagnosis and repair so it makes sense to bring the set to the workshop.
- If you collect my set, do I pay an extra call out fee?
Yes, a small collection fee is charged depending on where we have to collect your TV from.
- Do you guarantee the TV Repair?
Yes. We are the only service centre in Bangalore that give a six months warranty on all TV Repairs.
